1. Operator and scope

These terms regulate the use and purchase of SCIENTYCA software services operated by Brands Alliance Service s.r.o., Lazianska 1045/22, 039 01 Turcianske Teplice, Slovakia, Company ID 46723285, Tax ID 2023545546, EU VAT SK2023545546, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Zilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 56874/L.

SCIENTYCA is formulation and lab management software for small batch manufacturers. The service includes hosted software access, tenant configuration, digital documentation workflows, and optional prepaid LabRat AI credits.

2. Account and tenant access

The customer is responsible for providing accurate registration, billing, and company information. Access credentials are personal to the assigned users and must not be shared outside the customer organization. The operator may suspend access if payment is overdue, security is compromised, or the service is used unlawfully.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Products shown on the website are informational offers. Before submitting an order, the customer can review selected services, VAT, billing information, and the final amount. The contract is formed when the operator confirms the order electronically after successful payment or explicit acceptance.

4. Prices, VAT, and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. SCIENTYCA charges Slovak VAT at 23% for the services in this prototype flow. Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider made available during checkout. Subscriptions are non-editable order lines once added to cart; AI credit packages can be selected from predefined values.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions grant access to the SCIENTYCA service for the paid billing period. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, renewal, cancellation, and failed payment handling follow the rules shown during Stripe checkout and in the customer account.

6. AI credits

Prepaid LabRat AI credits are digital service credits. One EUR prepaid equals one AI credit. Formulation optimization costs 2 credits and material research costs 1 credit. Credit balances are tenant-specific, non-cash, non-transferable, and may only be used for supported LabRat actions.

7. Digital service start and withdrawal

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, the customer acknowledges that access to digital content or digital services may begin after payment and explicit consent. If the customer requests immediate access before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may be limited according to applicable Slovak and EU law.

8. Customer data and acceptable use

The customer remains responsible for formulations, material data, files, test results, personal data, and other content uploaded into SCIENTYCA. The service may not be used to store unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attack systems, bypass security, or process data without a lawful basis.

9. LabRat AI output

LabRat output is research assistance, not a substitute for professional chemical, regulatory, safety, or medical judgment. The customer must verify all suggested properties, CAS numbers, formulas, material advice, and compliance information before use in production or external documentation.

10. Availability and maintenance

The operator aims to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, hosting incidents, security measures, third-party outages, or force majeure. Planned maintenance may be announced when practical.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost production, lost data caused by customer misuse, or decisions made from unverified AI or formulation output. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to cuscare@brandsalliance.eu. Consumer disputes may be addressed through the Slovak Trade Inspection or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

13. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Slovak law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. The operator may update these terms for future orders and service use. Last updated: 20 June 2026.
